Not a good sign for Cleveland. A LeBron is leaving northeast Ohio and heading for Florida. Only this one is a cat, not a Cavalier.
While LeBron James’ future with the Cleveland Cavaliers is still uncertain, the Akron Zoo said Thursday it will bid farewell to another LeBron — a jaguar born there last year.
By mid-June, the cat, who got his name in a contest, is going to the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne, Fla., in hopes he’ll produce offspring with a female jaguar named Masaya.
The real LeBron and once lived on a street just outside the zoo entrance in Akron. While he, too, may bolt Cleveland, he’ll likely do it for a fat paycheck and a better shot at a title.
This LeBron left for love. That’s special.
