LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) -- Holden Greiner had 13 points to lead four double-figure scorers for Lehigh in a 76-51 win over Eastern Kentucky on Sunday, clinching the Lynchburg sub-region of the 2K Sports Classic as the only unbeaten team in the early-season tournament.
Corey Schaefer added 11 points, while Gabe Knutson and C.J. McCollum chipped in 10 apiece for the Mountain Hawks (4-2).
Knutson scored Lehigh's first four points on a pair of layups, Greiner hit an early 3-pointer to put the Mountain Hawks up 7-4 and they never trailed again. Lehigh outscored Eastern Kentucky 31-23 in the first half and 45-28 in the second to seal the win.
The Mountain Hawks outrebounded the Colonels 37-29, outscored them 28-11 in bench points and scored 19 off 13 Eastern Kentucky turnovers.
Jaron Jones led the Colonels (3-3) with 17 points and Joshua Jones had 13.
