JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) -- Yvon Raymond scored 16 points and Saint Peter's used a big first-half run to pull away from Binghamton for a 66-43 victory Sunday night.
Darius Conley had 15 points and eight rebounds and Chris Prescott scored 14 points for the Peacocks (1-3), who scored 21 points off Binghamton's 20 turnovers while allowing the Bearcats (0-4) just three points on eight turnovers of their own.
The Bearcats started better than in their previous game, when they fell behind 27-5 in a 64-49 loss to Fordham. With 11:02 remaining in the first half, they led Saint Peter's 11-9.
The Peacocks scored the next 11 points, however, on their way to an 18-2 run that put them up 27-13 with 2:36 left in the half. Five Binghamton turnovers came during that run.
Saint Peter's never led by fewer than 17 points in the second half.
Chris Longoria's 12 points led Binghamton.
