HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. (AP) -- Reggie Chamberlain and Dustin Dibble scored 24 points apiece and UMKC rolled to an easy 93-53 win over Longwood Saturday.
The win gave the Kangaroos (3-4) the upper division championship in the Chicago Invitational Challenge.
Chamberlain was 7 for 8 from the field and Dibble was 9 of 11 as UMKC shot 64 percent from the field in the game. The Kangaroos shot 68 percent in the first half as they raced to a 48-23 lead.
Antwan Carter led the Lancers (2-5) with 18 points and Jeremiah Bowman scored 15. Longwood's only lead came after the game's first basket and they shot 33 percent from outside in the game.
