HANOVER, N.H. (AP) -- Tyler Melville scored six of his 15 points during Dartmouth's game-winning run, as the Big Green defeated Brown 58-53 on Saturday night.
Trailing 50-43, the Big Green (5-21, 1-9 Ivy League) used a 15-3 run in the final 7:08 to snap an eight-game losing streak and 20-game slide in Ivy League play.
Gabas Maldunas, who finished with four blocks, had two of his three steals during the spurt.
Dartmouth scored 14 points off turnovers in the second half. It finished with 17 points off of 15 turnovers in the game.
R.J. Griffin added 13 points and John Golden had 10 for the Big Green, who snapped a six-game skid against Brown.
Jvonte Brooks grabbed 11 rebounds for Dartmouth, which won the battle of the boards 32-22.
Brown (7-20, 1-9) was led by Matt Sullivan and Sean McGonagill with 14 points each. Stephen Albrecht chipped in 11 points.
