YPSILANTI, Mich. (AP) -- Daylen Harrison had 16 points and 12 rebounds and Eastern Michigan beat Texas-Pan American 57-47 on Sunday.
The Eagles won all four of their games in the Ice Man Classic, honoring former Eastern Michigan star and NBA Hall of Famer George Gervin.
Glenn Bryant scored 11 points for the Eagles (4-1) and Da'Shonte Riley grabbed 11 rebounds. Eastern Michigan owned a 39-27 edge on the boards.
Brandon Provost was the only Bronc in double figures with 11 points. The score was 24-19 EMU at halftime and Provost made a 3-pointer to begin the second-half scoring, but the Eagles scored the next 12 points to open a 36-22 lead and the Broncs never got closer than six until the final minute.
