JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) -- Maurice Watson Jr. scored 21 points, recorded seven assist and had four steals to lead Boston University past St. Peter's 74-66 Saturday in nonconference action.

Trailing 37-19 at halftime, St. Peter's (3-4) opened the second half on a 33-17 run and pulled within two, 54-52, after Desi Washington's 3-pointer with 7:43 left to play.

That was the closest the St. Peter's would get as Boston (2-5) outscored the Peacocks 18-14 the rest of the way to hold on for the win.

Travis Robinson scored 15 points and Dom Morris added 10 points and nine rebounds for the Terriers. John Papale chipped in with 10 points off the bench.

Just five players scored for St. Peter's but four hit double figures. Washington led the Peacocks with 32 points on 6-of-12 3-point shooting.

Yvon Raymond finished with 10 points, and Blaise Ffrench and Markese Tucker scored 10 points apiece.
