MACOMB, Ill. (AP) -- Nate Wolters scored 22 points and surpassed the 2,000-point mark for his career, helping South Dakota State snap Western Illinois' 11-game winning streak and hand the Leathernecks their first Summit League loss of the season with a 59-53 victory Thursday night.

Wolters, the Jackrabbits' all-time leading scorer, now has 2,010 points. He also had six assists, five rebounds and three steals Thursday.

Jordan Dykstra added 12 points and Chad White had 10 points and nine rebounds for South Dakota State (14-6, 5-2 Summit) in a rematch of last season's Summit League tournament championship game. The Jackrabbits also won that game in overtime, 52-50, to advance to the NCAA Division I tournament for the first time.

Jack Houpt scored 16 points for Western Illinois (14-4, 6-1), which hadn't lost since Nov. 24 and had been 8-0 at home this season. Terell Parks added 14 points and 10 rebounds, and Adam Link had 13 points.
