HOUSTON (AP) -- Art Bernardi had 15 points and 10 rebounds, and Houston Baptist scored the game's first 14 points en route to a 66-45 victory against UMKC on Wednesday night.
Anthony Hill added 13 points and Dauson Womack 11 points and nine rebounds for the Huskies (8-14), who won their fourth straight, a streak that began with a 63-61 victory at UMKC on Jan. 22.
Trinity Hall had 13 points and 11 rebounds and Nate Rogers added 11 points for the Kangaroos (6-19), who were limited to 31.3 percent (15 of 48) shooting from the floor. UMKC got no closer than nine after Houston Baptist led 14-0.
UMKC played without starter Fred Chatmon and reserve Alton Tanner, who were out with injuries.
