FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas (Ticker) -- Mississippi State's road mastery now extends to Fayetteville.

Winsome Frazier tied a career high with 23 points and Lawrence Roberts added 19 and 12 rebounds as the sixth-ranked Bulldogs stayed undefeated on the road with a 77-70 victory over Arkansas in a Southeastern Conference contest.

Mississippi State (21-1, 10-1 SEC West) held a 41-33 halftime lead, but held on in the second half for only its second win all-time (2-13) in Fayetteville - its first since 1972. The Bulldogs' 10 true road wins ties the school record held jointly by the 1958-59 club and the 1926-27 squad.

Shane Power scored 14 points and Timmy Bowers contributed 10 for Mississippi State, which extended its overall winning streak to eight games.

Jonathon Modica scored a career-high 33 points, but Arkansas (11-11, 3-8) suffered its third straight loss.

The Razorbacks, who fell behind by as much as 17 points, used a 9-0 run to pull within 73-70 with 1:57 left. But Arkansas missed its last four shots and the Bulldogs made their free throws.

Mississippi State shot 58 percent (29-of-50) from the floor, including 45 percent (9-of-20) from 3-point range, and held a 36-23 edge in rebounding.

Matt Jones chipped in nine points and 10 rebounds for the Razorbacks, who shot 44 percent, but failed to take advantage of 17 turnovers by the Bulldogs.
