BOULDER, Colorado (Ticker) -- Kendra Wecker had 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead No. 11 Kansas State to a 76-69 victory over No. 14 Colorado.
Wecker, a 5-11 junior, hit three times from behind the arc and made all four of her free-throw attempts to rebound from a six-point performace in her previous outing.
Nicole Ohlde added 17 points and 10 boards and Laurie Koehn chipped in 19 points for the Wildcats (11-2, 2-0 Big 12), who have won nine in a row.
Tera Bjorklund scored 22 points for the Buffaloes (12-2, 1-1), moving into a tie for fourth-place on their all-time scoring list with 1,599 points.
Veronica Johns-Richardson had 12 points and Kate Fagan scored 11 and made three steals for Colorado, which hit 14 free throws in the first half to gain a 40-38 lead.
