NEW YORK (AP) -- With a proposed Mike Tyson-David Izon bout for September still not made, there's already talk about Tyson facing Andrew Golota in the ring in November in Hong Kong.

"We're looking at that," Shelly Finkel, Tyson's advisor, said about a report in USA Today Thursday that Tyson could fight Golota November 4 or 18 at Hong Kong.

"We're putting together a September fight for Tyson in the United States and we can't even think about November right now," said Marina Capurro, a spokeswoman for the American cable television channel Showtime, which broadcasts Tyson's fights.

As for Tyson's fighting Izon on September 8 at The Palace in Auburn Hills, Michigan, outside Detroit, Finkel said Thursday that while Izon has agreed to the match, "There are still things to be worked out."

On June 24, Tyson stopped Lou Savarese in 38 seconds at Glasgow, Scotland, and British boxing officials want to question him about hitting Savarese after the fight was stopped and knocking down the referee.

Golota twice was disqualified against Riddick Bowe for repeated low blows and he bit Samson Pou'ha on the shoulder. Tyson, of course, was disqualified for biting Evander Holyfield's ears and his fight against Orlin Norris was declared a no-contest when Norris could not continue after being knocked down after the bell ended the first round.
