On this date in world history, among other happenings: Massachusetts ratified the U.S. Constitution, the Union won its first victory of the Civil War at Fort Henry, the Treaty of Paris was ratified and the Hague was created. None of this happened at the same time, but if you combine all concomitant emotions from these events, you will be in something like the correct frame of mind to experience National Signing Day. We'll be hanging out here, all day and into the evening, pulling various newsy tidbits out of the sporting Internet and placing them below for your snacking pleasure. And before anyone asks, because we know you will: For those of you scoring at home, the three universities that we know of hosting Signing Day parties at Buffalo Wild Wingses (Buffalos Wild Wings?) are Miami, Southern Miss and New Mexico State. Enjoy -- and refresh often for updates.
