CANBERRA, Australia (AP) -- Yousuf Youhana proved himself as Pakistan's in-form batsman when the visitors scored a 37-run victory over the Austrlian Country XI in a limited-overs cricket match at Manuka Oval on Wednesday.

Youhana's 152 off just 121 balls was one of the few highlights for Pakistan as most of the top order again failed to get starts.

In a game reduced to 48 overs a side because of rain, Pakistan scored 283-6 against Country's 245-6 to win by 37 runs under the new Duckworth-Lewis Par system for rain-shortened games.

Medium-pacer Abdur Razzaq was the best of the Pakistan bowlers, taking 2-20 off seven overs. For the Country XI, Queenslander Brian May top-scored with a patient innings of 83.

Pakistan rested its top ace trio of Shoaib Akhtar, Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis.

Pakistan's next match is against Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday in the tri-series.
