Cycling Weekly profiles the spinters competing for the Tour de France top points scorer's green jersey.

Steels’ recent stage win in the Tour of Catalonia has come just in time for the Belgian sprinter, gaining him a place in Mapei ’s Tour squad and giving him another chance to prove how skilful he is at finding a gap in the final meters of a bunch gallop.

In today’s peloton only Erik Zabel has won more sprints than Steels in the Tour, and with Freire by his side, the 30-year-old could be Zabel’s most dangerous opponent.
