Credit Agricole have again done very little so far this season but are bound to be a strong team at the Tour.

Last year they won the team time trial in dominating fash ion and had the yellow jersey for seven days with first Stuart O’Grady and then Jens Voigt -- who also won a stage.

With Christophe Moreau as team leader, O’Grady might be overshadowed by the big Frenchman -- especially if he wins the prologue again -- but Moreau’s ride to finish third overall at the Dauphiné Libéré showed he is the real team leader at CA.

The "Foreign Legion" is still an integral part of Roger Legeay’s team, with American Jonathan Vaughters and powerful Norwegian Thor Hushovd rightly keeping out several Frenchman.

The only French riders selected are Sébastien Hinault, Frédéric Bessy and Anthony Morin.
