Kentucky coach John Calipari joined the show to discuss the Wildcats' chances in the NCAA Tournament.

Calipari had an alternate name for Selection Sunday. "Every coach complains. ... Sunday is complaining Sunday," Calipari said.

Dan asked Calipari what he had to complain about. "How about the No. 8 seed is the No. 1 team in the country a few weeks ago," Calipari said.

Calipari said that he told his team you want the toughest road possible.

Calipari said West Virginia should have been a No. 1 seed over Duke. "When they won that tournament, they should have been a one seed," Calipari said. Calipari has been very impressed with WVU coach Bob Huggins.

Calipari also had a strong feeling about Mississippi State not getting in. "I felt Mississippi State team should have been in," Calipari said. "You're telling me were' the No. 2 seed in the whole tournament, and they're not in ... I don't understand."

Calipari had some interesting comments on John Wall. "He wants to stay," Calipari said. "We'll have to talk about it afterward."

Calipari raved about John Wall's work ethic. "Hardest worker in our practices," Calipari said. "Hardest worker in the weight room. Highest grade point average on the team."

Calipari tried to convince Dan not to hype up his team. "Do you understand how young we are?" Calipari said. He pointed out not one player on the team has ever been in the Tournament.

Calipari had a great example of their inexperience. He said that his team didn't know that they were going to overtime against Mississippi State at the end of regulation on Sunday. Here's what Calipari was thinking: "Are you guys nuts? We just went into overtime."

Dan asked if he'd prefer talent or experience. "Talent," Calipari said immediately.
