Great weekend in sports. Here are some of the big stories we'll definitely hit on Monday:

COLLEGE FOOTBALL

-- Texas beats Oklahoma. The Longhorns jumped over Alabama to be No. 1. Who would have thought Texas would be the favorite at this point? The Longhorns' jump from No. 5 to No. 1 is the biggest leap to one since 1988.

-- Toledo beat Michigan.

-- Oklahoma State knocked off Missouri.

-- Vandy lost to Mississippi State.

-- Texas Tech, BYU and Utah still undefeated.

-- Notre Dame fell to North Carolina. The game was a mess at the end, thanks to some iffy calls by the refs. The Irish came close to pulling it off but ran out of time on their final drive.

-- How about those No. 3 Nittany Lions pounding Wisconsin? That'll teach everyone who counted JoePa out.

-- Looks like LSU didn't get to Tim Tebow too often. Gators killed 'em.

NFL

-- If you didn't see the end of the Cardinals-Cowboys game, make sure you try to catch the highlight. Marion Barber' touchdown with two minutes left had to be the worst tackling I've ever seen, giving Dallas a shot it never should have had. Then the Cards prevailed in OT thanks to a blocked punt.

-- What happened to the Redskins? Giants will have a chance to move into a commanding lead in the NFC East after Washington fell to St. Louis and Dallas lost.

-- Sick finishes in Houston, Minnesota and Atlanta. Games aren't over 'til they're over. Shame about the Dolphins. For a minute, it seemed like they were going to wildcat their way to the playoffs.

MLB

-- Phillies jumped out to 2-0 lead with wins in Philly. As of right now, things aren't looking good for Philly in Game 3

-- The Rays won a dramatic one on Saturday night to even the series at 1-1. Who is the favorite in this series right now?
