Jeff Gordon took a break from the Chase to chat with Dan. Here are some of the things Gordon had to say.

-- Gordon said he was really disappointed he hit the wall last week because he had a great car.

-- Gordon said he's gotten into two accidents while driving as a civilian. He backed into other cars twice.

-- Gordon says that he gets upset with other drivers during a race, but doesn't bring that animosity to the next race. He doesn't have rivalries, like Junior and Kyle Busch.

-- Gordon had a lot of praise for his teammate Dale Earnhardt Jr. and says he's very funny. But he wouldn't rip Kyle Busch. Gordon says Busch is very talented.

-- Gordon and Dan had a great talk about who he could fight in the Octagon. He said he could take Kasey Kahne. Gordon says he's scrappy and you shouldn't underestimate him.

-- Gordon said that Tony Stewart looks like Elvis.

-- Gordon explains that NASCAR issues a disclaimer on the in-race audio fans can hear. So Gordon doesn't edit himself because fans are warned about language and content. Gordon said he says very little when the car is good. When the car is bad, he curses a lot.

-- Gordon says that his crew chief knows not to take anything during a race personally. That's the key to that kind of working relationship.
