FOX's Ken Rosenthal had interesting comments on why the Padres may trade Jake Peavy. 

Rosenthal said the Padres owner is going through a divorce and needs to shed salaries.

Billy Beane traded Mark Mulder, Barry Zito and Tim Hudson at their peak. Hudson was OK, but the others were busts. 

Even with the history, teams are so desperate for pitching, they'll still do deals for strong arms.

In regards to the World Series, Rosenthal said that he's picking the Rays. He thinks they're deeper and have better pitching. 

Dan and Ken had an interesting discussion about the potential TV ratings. What's the deal, are we not supposed to watch because people are expecting low ratings?
