FOX's Danyelle Sargent has been in the news for a mistake she made during a taped interview with new 49ers coach Mike Singletary. She said: ""I heard that your mentor Bill Walsh was one of the first phone calls that you made when you found out that you had the job."

She told Dan that she meant to say that Singletary called the late Walsh when he decided he wanted to be a coach. It was a taped interview, so the producers stopped her and she just began again. She said she didn't think about it any more, since it was never supposed to get out.

But someone put the clip up on the bird, and it made the internet. Now, she's taken a lot of heat. But as she tells Dan, that clip never should have been out there and she's not sure why it was.

Sargent said she was devastated, but now has come to terms with it and is ready to move on. She seems to have a great attitude about the whole thing.
