Cincinnati wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh said he was asked are the Bengals going to go 0-16. He said he did guarantee he'd walk from his California home 27 miles to the NFL Network. But he's not worried, because Cincy will definitely win.

Houshmandzadeh said he feels the Bengals will beat Jacksonville this weekend. And so does everyone in the Cincinnati locker room. He promises the Bengals will make this season respectable.

Houshmandzadeh couldn't comment one way or the other whether Chad Johnson could get those Barack Obama banners for an end-zone celebration. He said he and Ocho Cinco talked about it, but he wasn't sure if Chad ever got a hold of the banners.

Houshmandzadeh said he isn't sure if Carson Palmer will play again this season, but he thinks the quarterback should not. Houshmandzadeh thinks Palmer should take the rest of the season and heal.
