Shaun White joined the show to discuss shredding and 180s with Dan. Dan didn't really know what he was talking about at first, but quickly picked up. Here are some highlights of the interview.

-- White had a great description of the first time he got air. He described "that moment when you're not going up, but you're not going down."

-- White described a gruesome accident. It's amazing how serious extreme athletes' injuries are.

-- On today's theme of car accidents, White said he did wrap a Lamborghini around a tree.

-- Dan asked White if he had to take away either his skateboard or snowboard, which would hurt more. White said right now, he'd give away the skateboard. But he says that's seasonal. It's the end of the skateboarding season, so he wants to snowboard. At the end of the snowboard season he'll want to skateboard.
