They'll be lots of hard-hitting sports talk today on the show, but personally, I'm very excited for Erin Andrews' expected appearance today on the show. I heard she's into national sports radio show bloggers. That's like her thing.
Here are some of the other topics we should hit today:
-- Browns win an ugly one over the Bills. Phil Dawson's 56-yard field goal gave Cleveland a 29-27 win. After his breakout game last week, the Browns' Brady Quinn had a tough night.
-- SI.com's Jon Heyman will join the show to break down the MLB free-agent frenzy. The Yankees are hot on the trail of big-time pitchers like CC Sabathia and A.J. Burnett. Heyman will have the latest on the Bombers and an update on Manny Ramirez.
-- Albert Pujols won his second NL MVP. Who will capture the award in the AL?
-- Mark Cuban appears to be in trouble with the SEC (the government organization, not the powerhouse football conference). SI.com's Michael McCann will join the show to explain the legal implications of Cuban's case.
-- Lots of controversy around Barack Obama wanting a college football playoff system. Now that ESPN appears to have a good chance of getting the BCS, will anything change? |
