FOX's Jay Glazer broke the story that Colts coach Tony Dungy is retiring. Here's his opinion on the impact of Dungy's decision and more.

-- Glazer says there's no positive in this for the Colts. People talk about Bill Belichick, but Glazer puts Dungy right there on the top of the coaching pyramid. Glazer said his Tampa Two defense changed the sport, and he was one of the most likeable people in sports. Glazer said no matter who you are, 10 percent of the people don't like you. Not with Dungy.

-- Glazer said that replacement Jim Caldwell is well liked, and it minimizes the impact of Dungy leaving. A guy from outside would have problems coaching under Dungy's shadow.

-- Glazer says he's not into the Brett Favre story any more. It's exactly the same as last year. What's the point of stressing over it?

-- Glazer said that the new Jets coach will not treat Favre with kid gloves, and No. 4 won't return if that's the case.
