NBA commissioner David Stern joined the show to discuss the state of the game and the upcoming playoffs.

-- Stern said if a team like the Cavs is smart, they won't go too far celebrating, because it makes a great video to inspire opponents. But at the same time, Stern said he doesn't want to be "Grinch-like"

"I've tried very hard just to ignore it," Stern said. He said it's kind of fun, although he definitely is concerned about things like taunting.

-- Stern rejected Dan's idea to bring draft prospects onto the stage and weigh and measure them in front of everyone, so there's no debate about guys like Blake Griffin or Michael Beasley.

-- Stern said that there will probably be replay on 24-second shot clock violations by next season. Stern just isn't sure how the league will implement it.

-- Stern said he loves Mark Cuban's quote that the NBA is the first media company to monetize Twitter by fining the Mavericks owner. Stern says he uses Twitter, but made it clear he's not a fan of players doing it in-game.

-- Stern suggested that Chris Paul is being overlooked in the conversations about the elite players.
