CBS' Jim Nantz joined the show to discuss several issues

-- Nantz said he called about half of Brett Favre's games last year. He said that people in New York discounted his injury too much. He said Favre's upper biceps muscle was "hanging on a fiber."

Nantz said that New York writers took the Jets' collapse personally and wanted to blame Favre. They didn't pay enough attention to the injury.

Nantz said in the first 11 weeks of last year, Favre was in the top 10 in arm strength.

Nantz said that if Favre is healthy and he wants to play in Minnesota, the Vikes have a real shot in the NFC.

-- Nantz and Dan both had no problem with David Feherty calling Tiger Woods a "loser" after a tournament on CBS. They know Tiger and Feherty have a good relationship and it was all in good spirits.

-- Nantz and Dan shared interesting stories about their fathers. Nantz told a story about his father at an award banquet, when he had Alzheimer's and got a standing ovation.
