Dan chose the Orlando Magic -- for beating the Celtics and bailing out their assistant coach Patrick Ewing, who guaranteed a victory. Considering all the problems Ewing had with guarantees during his playing days in New York, that's a pretty big accomplishment for his team to come through for him.
The Magic beat the Celtics 101-82 in Boston on Sunday in Game 7. That's a pretty amazing feat, considering Boston was 20-5 all time in Game 7s in its storied history.
Just a couple of games earlier, the Magic were in total disarray, with a big fight looming between Dwight Howard and his coach Stan Van Gundy. But Orlando overcame its internal friction and truly got it done this past weekend.
