Lots of good debate behind the scenes for this week's award, which we give to the person who toughed it out to get the job done more than anyone else in the country.

Seton wanted the Lakers to get it as a team. Paulie and Fritzie wanted to go hockey and reward the Penguins for shocking the Red Wings.

Dan, however, chose Phil Jackson, who broke the all-time NBA record by winning his 10th NBA title. Dan thinks this championship meant more to Phil than it did to Kobe Bryant, even if the Zen Master won't admit it. Topping Red Auerbach is a huge accomplishment and certainly qualifies for getting it done.
