NFL commissioner Roger Goodell conditionally reinstated Michael Vick and the former Falcons quarterback may be able to play in a regular-season game by Week 6.

This decision is consistent with what Dan and others have said on the show over the last week. Goodell probably wanted to give Vick a chance, but certainly didn't want Vick's return to overshadow the beginning of the season.

Vick can immediately join a training camp and play in the preseason. But the next question is will a team sign him? Is he worth the negative attention he'll bring to a training camp? And can he still play at a high level?

One thing is for sure, Vick would be wise to keep Tony Dungy close. On Monday's show, Dungy talked about their relationship and said he believes Vick deserves a second chance. Dungy spoke to Vick in prison says Vick now has a chance to show us the person he really is.

We'll dive into all the topics around Vick and more on Tuesday's show.
