Bears linebacker reportedly insulted new QB Jay Cutler.
AP
Vikings receiver Bobby Wade told KFAN in Minnesota that Bears LB Brian Urlacher called out Chicago QB Jay Cutler as soft (well, that's not what he really said, but you get the idea).
The Chicago Sun-Times columnist and The Score radio host in Chicago Dan McNeil joined the show to discuss.
McNeil said that Urlacher is sad because he lost control of the team. The linebacker is upset because it's now Cutler's team. McNeil said basically said the same thing happened when running back Cedric Benson was drafted by the Bears.
"I don't think he likes the idea of seeing more No. 6 jerseys than No. 54s," McNeil said.
McNeil said that fans are very excited about Cutler. They've had bad luck with quarterbacks and think Cutler could turn that around. And McNeil said so far, teammates love Cutler.
