Howie Long says Michael Vick has paid his dues

FOX NFL analyst Howie Long joined the show to discuss Michael Vick and more.
Long said that if you look at just physical talent and football ability, a team would have signed Michael Vick already. But there are many other factors, including the owner, the owner's wife, the GM and the sponsors.
Long agrees with Dan that teams may be "sticking their tow into the water" to see the public's reaction.
Long said that he felt "very strongly" that Vick needed to be punished. Long feels just as strongly that Vick has paid his dues.
Long said that the two teams that are out first for Vick are the Falcons and Browns (because of the Dawg Pound).
Long said that he thinks NFL commissioner Roger Goodell did a great job handling the Vick situation.
