John Calipari comments on Memphis violations

John Calipari joined the show to discuss his new book, what happened in Memphis and his transition to Kentucky.
-- Calipari did comment on the NCAA investigation into his former school Memphis. There are allegations a player had someone else take his SAT and more.
Calipari was cautious, because the case is under appeal. But he did reveal some things.
"I think the University has a good case," Calipari said.
Calipari was not apologetic about his program in Memphis.
"I sleep with a clear conscious," Calipari said. "I know how we run our programs. I'm proud of our kids."
-- Dan asked Calipari what would happen if he doesn't win in Kentucky. Calipari said there would be "For Sale" signs in his front yard.
"The fans are crazy," Calipari said. "They are passionate. They're hungry." |
