Trent Green has a history of concussion problems.

The NFL Network's Marshall Faulk called in to discuss the downfall of the Rams and other topics.

Faulk called the situation in St. Louis "ugly" and admitted that it hurts him to watch his old team play so poorly. He doesn't know who to blame for the team's lack of success and has spoken to several current members of the team who are surprised at the Rams  dismal performance.

Trent Green as the Rams QB "scares" Faulk, who thinks Green will get punished because of the team's weak offensive line. Faulk admits that Green should not be playing football with his concussion history and is concerned for him as a friend.

Faulk thinks Detroit fans should celebrate now that Matt Millen is out as GM/President. When asked which organization he would least like to work for -- Oakland, Kansas City, St. Louis or Detroit -- Faulk says Oakland because Al Davis is known to call plays from the owner's box.

Darren Sproles is a great talent, but should not be an every-down RB in the NFL because of his size. He is still valuable, however, because teams need two strong running backs to succeed in today's NFL. He uses Reggie Bush as an example of a back who is talented, but shouldn't play every down. Marion Barber, on the other hand, is likely to have his career shortened due to his aggressive runninng style.

Faulk has not met with St. Louis ownership about a job, but has a meeting scheduled with the team's owner. Dan grilled him about whether he'd like to be a part of the team's front office. Faulk admitted that he is interested,  but isn't sure in what capacity or what job.
