Mavericks owner Mark Cuban joined the show to discuss Rush Limbaugh's interest in buying the Rams and replacement refs.
-- Cuban have been impressed by the replacement refs.
"They've done a really, really good job. There's no agenda, there's no game management. It's just call the game the best you can. And to me that's refreshing," Cuban said.
Cuban said the replacement refs are just calling what they see. For example, they made a tough call on Dirk Nowitzki that Cuban didn't expect.
-- Cuban has a strong opinion on Rush Limbaugh as well. "This is a guy who is probably just a small minority owner that could create a lot of problems for the league. There's just no upside for the league.
"It would shock me if they did approve him," Cuban said.
Cuban said one of the great things about sports is that you can talk to fellow fans without getting into politics. You get an exception on politics.
-- Cuban said that the reason he wasn't able to buy the Cubs was his offer, not because who he was. "I'm pretty sure it was just the bid," Cuban said.
"In hindsight, I'm glad I didn't get it," Cuban said. He didn't like the amount of debt in today's economy.
-- Cuban thinks his Mavericks have improved as much as anyone in the West and the Mavs have as good a chance as anyone in the West.
