Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim joined the show after winning his 800th game last night over Albany. Here are some of the highlights with his interview with Dan ...

-- Boeheim said that his team may have learned an important lesson by losing an exhibition game to Le Moyne. He said you learn a lot more when you lose.

Overall, Boeheim didn't seem too concerned. Boeheim did say that his kids were upset about the loss. He said he came in the door and his son said: "Dad you stink. Your team stinks."

Dan did ask Boeheim about how much longer he wants to coach. Boeheim didn't sound like he was about to retire. Boeheim said that winning the national title wouldn't convince him to retire. He'd probably stay, because that would mean his team was good.

Boeheim said that former 'Cuse guard Johnny Flynn has a bona fide shot to win NBA Rookie of the Year. Boeheim said that Flynn didn't wear down in Big East play, so he should be fine in the NBA.
