Oregon State coach Mike Riley joined Dan to discuss the Beavers' big upset over USC last night.

Dan is perhaps the only media person who predicted Oregon State would win, and Riley thanks Dan for believing in him

Riley admits that he was watching the clock very closely in the fourth quarter as USC came back. Was the Gatorade bath with two minutes left a little premature? Riley was upset at first, but can't get mad at his players for showing some enthusiasm.

Will USC still play for the national title? Riley thinks they'll have every opportunity because they're well-coached and have great personnel. Riley would put Penn State above USC in the poll because of the record, and was impressed with Penn State's defense and thinks his team was a bit intimidated by the atmosphere in Happy Valley.

Unfortunately for Coach Riley, there is little time to celebrate because he has to prepare his team for Utah next weekend. Dan asks the Coach if he would mind being on the cover of Sports Illustrated or if he's worried about the SI Jinx. Riley says he'd be happy to be on the cover and doesn't believe in The Jinx.
