You have to give it up for the Bengals. They've beaten both the Steelers and the Ravens twice this season and now have a commanding lead in the AFC North. Dan gives them the Got it Done Award.

Other nominees included the Titans' Chris Johnson, NBA rookie Brandon Jennings and the Redskins Ladell Betts.
