FOX NFL analyst Jimmy Johnson joined the show to talk about the big topics around the league.

Jonson said that he's a big fan of Vince Young. He thinks mobile quarterbacks are great, but the establishment doesn't always like to try something different.

"Coaches -- it doesn't make any difference or they're pro or college -- they're so set in their ways, sometimes they try to fit a square peg into a round hole," Johnson said.

However, Johnson isn't sold on Florida quarterback Tim Tebow. "I don't think Tim Tebow can play in the NFL if it's in a pro style offense," Johnson said.

Johnson said a team will have to do one of two things with Tebow. Either turn him into an H-Back and receiver. Or if you use him at quarterback, you have to change the offense and probably the head coach.

Johnson also commented on his former team in Dallas: "Those wide receivers have got to step up. ... Teams have figured out if you take Jason Witten away ... those wide receivers, they may or may not make the play."

Dan asked Jimmy if the Notre Dame job was still a big-time job. "I think it's  a prime job if you get an outstanding recruiter," Johnson said.

The former Miami Hurricanes coach said the last Fighting Irish few coaches have just assumed Notre Dame would recruit itself. Johnson said Charlie Weis is a friend and a good coach, but he's not a great recruiter.

Johnson told a very funny story about trying to recruit Troy Aikman. He thought he had him at Oklahoma State, but then Barry Switzer told Troy that he wasn't going to run the Wishbone at Oklahoma and Aikman went there.
