Fantasy Player Projections

Cincinnati Bengals
Cleveland Browns Stadium | Sunday, October 04 | 1:00 p.m. EST (CBS)
Pick: Bengals 17, Browns 10
Cleveland Browns
Pos.PlayerProjection
QBCarson Palmer
190 pass yards, 1 pass TD, 1 INT
The former No. 1 pick tossed for just 185 yards in Week 3 and still hasn't returned to elite form after last year's elbow injury.
RBCedric Benson
1 rec, 5 rec yards, 70 rush yards, 1 rush TD
Written off by many fantasy pundits before the season, Benson is enjoying a career resurgence so far in 2009. Expect another solid performance against the woeful Browns.
WRChad Ochocinco
5 rec, 70 yards
Ochocinco has rebounded from last year's injury-plagued campaign, but remains an inconsistent option at wideout.
WRLaveranues Coles
4 rec, 50 yards
Coles remains a favorable option in PPR leagues, but doesn't have much worth beyond that.
WRAndre Caldwell
4 rec, 55 yards, 1 TD
The No. 3 receiver is getting more touches than Chris Henry and making the most of them.
TEDaniel Coats
1 rec, 10 yards
Here's a guarantee: There are better options on your waiver wire.
KShayne Graham
2 PATs, 1 FG
Graham was robbed of a pair of extra-point conversions last week as Cincinnati went for two after both touchdowns. Karma like that should tell you everything you need to know.
Defense
2 sacks, 2 INT, 1 Fumble
The Battle of Ohio should be a field day for the Bengals' defense.
Pos.PlayerProjection
QBDerek Anderson
130 pass yards, 1 pass TD, 2 INT
Anderson replaced Brady Quinn at halftime of Sunday's loss to the Ravens and promptly fired three interceptions. So naturally the former Pro Bowler was named the starter.
RBJerome Harrison
5 rec, 40 rec yards, 1 rec TD, 40 rush yards
With injuries and old age starting to catch up with incumbent Jamal Lewis, Harrison's value as the No. 1A running back is starting to build. Still, he's no more than an average option on this absymal offense.
WRBraylon Edwards
4 rec, 40 yards
Edwards has yet to rebound from his miserable 2008 season. Owners can only hope the funk is not permanent.
WRMike Furrey
3 rec, 35 yards
Uneven performances have marked Furrey's season thus far. Not a recommended option in spite of last week's team-high 40 receiving yards.
WRJoshua Cribbs
2 rec, 10 yards
Unload Cribbs to the waiver wire and find someone, anyone to fill his place.
TERobert Royal
1 rec, 5 yards
The lone Cleveland player to catch a touchdown pass in 2009 probably won't be adding to his account any time soon.
KBilly Cundiff
1 PAT, 1 FG
Cundiff, who was released by Detroit earlier this month, was signed as a replacement for the injured Phil Dawson. He's not recommended in any format since the Browns simply don't score enough points.
Defense
1 sack, 1 INT
Cleveland's lower-end defense should be avoided at all costs.
