A ball control QB more than anything, Shaun Hill has 5 TD to 2 INT this year. He was 15-38 for 198 yards with 0 TD and 1 INT against Atlanta before the bye. He's no more than a flex option or bye week replacement, as he is unlikely to hurt your team with Michael Crabtree against the 19th ranked Texans pass D.
Surprisingly, it was reported this week that Michael Crabtree will get the start in his first NFL game. With his prodigious skill, Crabtree merits watching and should probably be claimed off of waivers, but he is not worth a start in his first pro game.
With 22 catches and 3 TD on the season, Vernon Davis has become a 8-12 range, startable fantasy TE. He had a team high 5 catches for 51 yards against the Falcons before the bye. He is an advisable fantasy option as Shaun Hill's No. 1 receiver, leading the team in catches and receiving yards.
The Niners D is 12th in PPG and 20th in YPG. Middle of the road in the real world, the Niners are a good fantasy unit, leading the NFL in defensive TDs. They had a bad week against the Falcons before the bye and aren't more than a No. 2 option against a hot Houston offense.
Slaton hasn't had a 100-yard rushing game yet this season, but did break the century mark (102 rec yards) against the Bengals with his second straight 6 catch game. One of these weeks he's going to break through for a huge game. He's a No. 2 fantasy RB and an advisable starting option this week.
Like the Daft Punk song, Johnson is Bigger.Faster.Stronger. He's gone for over 100 yards with 8 catches in the last two games including 8 for 135 against the Bengals last week. He is one of the top WRs in the league and a must start every week.
Walter only caught 3 passes for 29 yards against the Bengals. Walter's yardage has dwindled every week. He is no more than a low end No. 3 option, and that's only because of the offense's vast potential.
Had 7 catches for 78 yards against the Bengals with 2 TDs. He's third amongst NFL TEs with 32 catches and 2nd with 4 TDs. As such, Daniels has become a top tier starting option. Get him in there like swim wear.
