University of Phoenix Stadium | Sunday, October 31 | 4:15 p.m. EST (FOX) Pick: Buccaneers 17, Cardinals 13 |

| Pos. | Player | Projection |
| QB | Josh Freeman | 145 pass yards, 1 pass TD, 20 rush yards Freeman has played well this season, but his fantasy production has been average. Freeman is a good option in two-QB leagues, but those in standard leagues should use a quarterback that has put up more fantasy points. |
| RB | LeGarrette Blount | 55 rush yards, 1 rush TD Blount received a team-leading 11 carries last week, and after averaging 6.5 ypc in Week 8, he will likely see extended work again this week. The Cardinals are 29th in the league against the run, so Blount is a sneaky option this week. |
| RB | Carnell Williams | 4 rec, 30 rec yards, 20 rush yards Williams saw limited work a week ago and will likely be in a similar situation this week. He has a nice matchup against a porous Cardinals run defense, but look for a running back who is guaranteed more work. |
| WR | Mike Williams | 3 rec, 45 yards, 1 TD Williams has been fairly consistent this season, so he is a viable option this week if you need him. |
| WR | Sammie Stroughter | 2 rec, 20 yards Stroughter is now the Buccaneers' third receiver, so even though he has been decent the last three weeks, use another option. |
| WR | Arrelious Benn | 1 rec, 20 yards Benn started last week's game, but he was held to just one catch. Benn's value has increased a bit due to his promotion, but he will not be worth a start until he starts producing in the passing game. |
| TE | Kellen Winslow | 3 rec, 30 yards Winslow has yet to find the end zone, so he is only an average option at this time. If a more productive option is available, use him this week. |
| K | Connor Barth | 2 PATs, 1 FG Barth is not scoring at the same pace as many of the league's other kickers, so look for a different option if you need a kicker. |
| Defense | 2 sacks, 2 INT, 1 Fumble Tampa Bay's defense has just five sacks, but they will face an Arizona team this week that has serious quarterback issues. Use another defense if possible, but consider using Tampa Bay if you need a defense. | |
| Pos. | Player | Projection |
| QB | Max Hall | 150 pass yards, 2 INT Hall did not finish last week's game after suffering a minor head injury, but he is expected to start this week barring any setbacks. Hall has not thrown a touchdown pass this season, so go a different direction even if he does play. |
| RB | Tim Hightower | 3 rec, 30 rec yards, 30 rush yards Hightower has seen single-digit carries the last three weeks, but he has a nice matchup this week against a poor Buccaneers run defense. He is a decent option in deeper leagues, but hopefully his fumbling issues don't cost him the few carries he has seen. |
| RB | Beanie Wells | 60 rush yards, 1 rush TD The Buccaneers are 31st in the league against the run, so Wells is a decent play this week even though he is still sharing the carries witih Tim Hightower. |
| WR | Larry Fitzgerald | 3 rec, 50 yards Fitzgerald has not scored since Week 3 and faces a good Buccaneers pass defense, so do not expect big production out of him this week. |
| WR | Steve Breaston | 2 rec, 20 yards Breaston could return this week, but avoid using him coming off an injury and facing a good Buccaneers pass defense. |
| WR | Early Doucet | 2 rec, 20 yards Doucet may start again this week if Steve Breaston (knee) is unable to play, but he is not a very good fantasy option given the Cardinals' inconsistent quarterback play. |
| TE | Ben Patrick | 1 rec, 10 yards Patrick is not catching enough passes to be a viable fantasy option at this point. |
| K | Jay Feely | 1 PAT, 2 FGs The Cardinals' offense has not been very good in recent weeks, so go with a different option if you need a kicker. |
| Defense | 2 sacks, 1 INT Arizona's defense has been decent this season, but they are giving up a lot of points. Use a different defense this week. | |
