QBTom Brady

Tom Brady

275 pass yards, 3 pass TDs, INT

Brady threw for 300 yards once again, but he was only able to connect on one touchdown pass at Baltimore in Week 3. There's no reason to panic, as he has just one interception this season and his fantasy points have increased each week.

RBStevan Ridley

Stevan Ridley

65 rush yards, rush TD, 2 rec, 15 rec yards

Ridley had only 13 carries for 37 yards in Week 3 at the Ravens, but fantasy owners shouldn't be too worried. Chalk that up to an interesting game plan by Bill Belichick and Co. Keep Ridley active for Week 3 at Buffalo.

RBDanny Woodhead

Danny Woodhead

25 rush yards, 2 rec, 20 rec yards

Woodhead led the Patriots in rushing with 15 carries for 34 yards and a touchdown at Baltimore in Week 3. While he's not yet worth picking up in standard leagues, he's someone to remember once you get deeper into the bye weeks.

WRBrandon Lloyd

Brandon Lloyd

8 rec, 90 yards, rec TD

Lloyd had his best game as a Patriot so far, with nine catches for 108 yards at Baltimore. He still hasn't made it into the end zone, but he remains a great fantasy starter in Week 4 at Buffalo.

WRWes Welker

Wes Welker

6 rec, 85 yards, rec TD

One week after the Patriots lost tight end Aaron Hernandez to injury, Tom Brady reconnected with Welker for his best game of the season. Welker caught eight passes for a team-high 142 yards at Baltimore. Keep him active, as rumors of his demise were greatly exaggerated.

TERob Gronkowski

Rob Gronkowski

5 rec, 55 yards, rec TD

Gronk had a quiet evening in Baltimore, with just two catches (on three targets) for 21 yards. The Patriots had a peculiar game plan going in, and Gronk suffered, along with running back Stevan Ridley. They'll both be fine in Week 4 at Buffalo. Gronk went over 100 yards with two touchdowns in both Buffalo games last year.

TEAaron Hernandez

Aaron Hernandez

0 rec, 0 yards

Hernandez was out for Week 3 with an ankle injury, and it's unlikely he'll be able to go at Buffalo in Week 4.

KStephen Gostkowski

Stephen Gostkowski

4 PATs, 2 FGs

Only Jason Hanson has more field-goal attempts than Gostkowski after three games, and the Patriots continue to be good, but not great, offensively. Keep Gostkowski active in all formats, as he had three field goals and nine extra points in two games against Buffalo last season.

DEFENSE

INT, 2 Sacks

The Bills scored 55 points in two games against the Patriots in 2011, but they'll most likely be without their top two running backs in this one. The Patriots have been a much improved lot compared to last season, and they should remain in fantasy lineups for Week 4.

Pos.PlayerProjection
QBRyan Fitzpatrick

Ryan Fitzpatrick

285 pass yards, 2 pass TDs, INT, 15 rush yards

Fitzpatrick threw for three touchdowns at Cleveland in Week 3, but he lost his electrifying running back to injury. While Fitzpatrick did throw for more than 675 yards and four touchdowns in two games against the Patriots in 2011, he also threw six interceptions. He'll face an improved unit this time.

RBTashard Choice

Tashard Choice

55 rush yards, 2 rec, 15 rec yards

Once C.J. Spiller (shoulder) left Week 3 against the Browns, the Bills leaned on Choice, and the former Cowboy responded with 99 total yards. He could be a nice flex option against the Patriots if he gets the start.

RBFred Jackson

Fred Jackson

35 rush yards, 2 rec, 15 rec yards

There's a possibility Jackson (knee) could play Sunday, but even if he's able to it's doubtful he'll do much damage. The Bills will still likely lean on Tashard Choice while C.J. Spiller's shoulder heals.

RBC.J. Spiller

C.J. Spiller

0 rush yards

The third-year running back injured his shoulder after getting tackled against the Browns in Week 3. He scored a touchdown earlier in the game. But if Spiller can't play and Fred Jackson remains out, Tashard Choice becomes a nice flex option against the Patriots.

WRStevie Johnson

Stevie Johnson

6 rec, 75 yards, rec TD

Johnson caught seven passes for 61 yards and a touchdown at Cleveland in Week 3, and he now has a touchdown in three straight games. He caught a touchdown pass in his first three games last year, too, as well as a touchdown in each game against the Patriots.

WRDonald Jones

Donald Jones

3 rec, 35 yards, rec TD

After catching one pass for minus-one yard in Week 2, Jones got back into positive yardage with five grabs for 42 yards at Cleveland in Week 3. The Bills might have to rely on the passing game more in Week 4 if C.J. Spiller (shoulder) can't play.

TEScott Chandler

Scott Chandler

4 rec, 40 yards

After scoring in his first two games, Chandler finally came back to earth in Week 3 with just two catches for 22 yards at Cleveland. He scored once against the Patriots in two games last season, but he's a better fantasy backup than starter.

KRian Lindell

Rian Lindell

2 PATs, 2 FGs

The Bills finally gave Lindell a shot at a field goal in Week 3 and he was able to kick his first of the season. He also added three extra points. Still, he's a mediocre fantasy option in Week 4 against New England.

DEFENSE

INT, 3 Sacks

The Browns passed for 237 yards, but they could only pick up 33 rushing yards in Week 3. The Bills also forced three turnovers to go with three sacks. But the Patriots are not the Browns. The Bills should be reserved for Week 4.
