Fantasy Player Projections

1chiefsRyan Succop

Ryan Succop

2 PATs, 3 FGs

Succop missed a field goal in the first week of the season, but he has been deadly since. He did not have an attempt last week and missed one of two attempts in his only other home game.

2ramsGreg Zuerlein

Greg Zuerlein

PAT, 3 FGs

Zuerlein kicked a franchise-record 58-yard field goal and then topped it with a 60-yarder, to go with two other field goals, in a win against Seattle in Week 4. He is a perfect 12-for-12 on the season and is worth starting at home in Week 5.

3falconsMatt Bryant

Matt Bryant

4 PATs, 2 FGs

Bryant was great on six kicks against the Panthers in Week 4, with three field goals and three extra points. This offense scores by the bucketful, and Bryant remains a good fantasy option against the Redskins.

4patriotsStephen Gostkowski

Stephen Gostkowski

4 PATs, 2 FGs

While Gostkowski missed a pair of field goals against the Bills, he still had a decent day with one made field goal and seven made extra points.

5saintsGarrett Hartley

Garrett Hartley

4 PATs, 2 FGs

Hartley made two field goals and missed one in Week 4 at Green Bay. He also kicked three extra points for the fourth consecutive week. He should be a solid starter again in Week 5 against San Diego.

6vikingsBlair Walsh

Blair Walsh

3 PATs, 2 FGs

Walsh missed his first kick of the season last year, but he has been dependable at home, especially from distance (he is 3-for-3 on 50-plus yard field goals).

7bearsRobbie Gould

Robbie Gould

3 PATs, 2 FGs

The ever-dependable Gould is 8-for-8 this season and has knocked through all 12 of his PATs. He's getting plenty of points these days with help from his defense, which is scoring plenty of touchdowns.

8bengalsMike Nugent

Mike Nugent

3 PATs, 2 FGs

While Nugent has yet to miss a kick (seven field goals, 13 extra points), he just never has one of those breakout afternoons. He has yet to attempt more than two field goals in a game this season.

9broncosMatt Prater

Matt Prater

3 PATs, 2 FGs

For the second week in a row, Prater knocked through a 53-yard field goal. He also had three field goals for the second week in a row. Keep him active, even though he's leaving the Mile High air of Denver for New England in Week 5.

1049ersDavid Akers

David Akers

3 PATs, 2 FGs

Akers' perfect season came to an end in Week 4, as he missed a pair of field goals at the Jets. He's still one of the top fantasy kickers in the league, with nine field goals and 11 extra points on the season.

11chargersNick Novak

Nick Novak

3 PATs, 2 FGs

Novak was signed to replace the injured Nate Kaeding (groin) and he didn't disappoint, kicking three field goals and four extra points in Week 4 at the Chiefs. He's a great fantasy option in Week 5 at New Orleans.

12cardinalsJay Feely

Jay Feely

2 PATs, 2 FGs

Feely's only field-goal attempt against the Dolphins ended the game in overtime in Week 4. He also had three extra points, but fantasy owners should look elsewhere for help in Week 5. He averages about eight fantasy points per game.

13dolphinsDan Carpenter

Dan Carpenter

2 PATs, 2 FGs

Carpenter was two-for-three in field-goal attempts at Arizona in Week 4, missing on a 51-yarder. He has made five field goals on the season and is not a great fantasy option because of the Dolphins' limited scoring chances.

14redskinsBilly Cundiff

Billy Cundiff

2 PATs, 2 FGs

After Cundiff missed three field goals, he was able to redeem himself with the game-winning 31-yarder at Tampa Bay in Week 4. He also made three extra points. Despite the rough outing, he remains a good fantasy kicker because of the Redskins' abundant scoring chances.

15packersMason Crosby

Mason Crosby

4 PATs, FG

The Packers charged down the field last week and found the end zone easily for the first time all season. They should probably do the same against a defense that has not seen the quality of the Packers' receiving arsenal. Playing in the dome means Crosby, already highly reliable, will probably convert if the Packers ever get into field goal range.

16coltsAdam Vinatieri

Adam Vinatieri

PAT, 2 FGs

He's still got the boot and he's still in a dome, so Vinateri is a good bet for points should the Colts be able to get into field-goal range. Vinateri has missed two field goals between 30-39 yards, though, and he did have a critical miss against Jacksonville.

17titansRob Bironas

Rob Bironas

PAT, 2 FGs

Bironas has been awfully shaky this season, especially beyond 40 yards. While his workload will depend on the effectiveness of Matt Hasselbeck, it doesn't feel like a weekend where Bironas will rack up lots of points.

18brownsPhil Dawson

Phil Dawson

PAT, 2 FGs

Old Man Phil has not missed this season, and he is 4-for-4 from 50-plus yards. None of the stadiums he has kicked in (Cleveland, Cincinnati, Baltimore) are kicker friendly. If Brandon Weeden can get the Browns in position, Dawson still looks like a safe old bet.

19giantsLawrence Tynes

Lawrence Tynes

4 PATs, FG

Tynes is not a safe bet outside of more than 50 yards (0-1, came up short on the game-winning field goal last week), but is quite dependable inside of 50 (11-for-11). The Giants should be on the Browns' side of the field plenty.

20texansShayne Graham

Shayne Graham

4 PATs, FG

Houston's fast offense has given Graham several opportunities at points. While he isn't the best kicker from distance, he should be kicking plenty of extra points this coming Monday.

21ravensJustin Tucker

Justin Tucker

3 PATs, FG

The hero of the New England game may have a bit of trouble in the traditionally unfriendly Arrowhead Stadium, but Tucker will have a few chances to knock through some extra points. Tucker is 9-for-10 on field goal attempts this season.

22eaglesAlex Henery

Alex Henery

2 PATs, FG

Henery is coming off of a big week last week (4-for-4) and his only miss came in Week 1. It looks like he is starting to perform -- the question now is if the Eagles are able to effectively get into field-goal range.

23seahawksSteven Hauschka

Steven Hauschka

2 PATs, FG

The Seahawks' kicker was good on all three kicks (two field goals, one extra point) at St. Louis in Week 4. He has seven made field goals this season, which isn't enough to convince fantasy owners to start him in Week 5.

24billsRian Lindell

Rian Lindell

2 PATs, FG

Lindell has just one field-goal attempt in four games this season. While his 17 extra points are nice, fantasy owners cannot live on those alone.

25jaguarsJosh Scobee

Josh Scobee

Scobee just never has chances for points it seems. Don't expect much more out of him this week.

26jetsNick Folk

Nick Folk

Folk didn't get any work last weekend and there won't be much more this week. Folk is not the most viable fantasy option.

27steelersShaun Suisham

Shaun Suisham

3 PATs

Suisham has never been a particularly dependable kicker and he only has five attempts this season. Suisham has yet to miss, but he's not a guy with a ton of range.

28panthersJustin Medlock

Justin Medlock

2 PATs

For the third week in a row, the Panthers were unable to get any field goal attempts for Medlock. He has just one field goal on the season, with 11 extra points.
