Eli Manning302 pass yards, 2 pass TDs
Frustrated with Manning? You'd be crazy to give up on him now. He has faced very good defenses in recent weeks, so don't bail before he makes amends, starting this week against a Bengals defense allowing opposing passers a 99.0 QB Rating. |
| RB | ![]() |
Ahmad Bradshaw77 rush yards, 2 rec, 13 rec yards
On the one hand, owners have to like Bradshaw's prospects this week against a Bengals defense allowing 117.0 rushing yards per game. On the other, Bradshaw no longer sees carries near the goal line and has averaged less than 4.0 yards per carry for three straight weeks. For most fantasy owners, he's now a fringe No. 2 back. |
| RB | ![]() |
Andre Brown26 rush yards
Brown injured his shoulder late against the Steelers and was held out of the rest of the contest. Early reports suggest he'll be fine for this week, but it's probably a moot point anyhow. Brown is New York's goal-line back, but he doesn't see enough work to warrant a spot in most lineups. |
| WR | ![]() |
Victor Cruz5 rec, 105 yards, rec TD
Cruz took a good shot from Ryan Clark last week, but got up, dusted himself off, and kept playing. That's just what the Giants' passing game must do after a few frustrating weeks. Cruz will get the unit going against a secondary that has been burned by the deep ball, with 32 passes of 20 or more yards allowed. |
| WR | ![]() |
Hakeem Nicks3 rec, 49 yards
Is Nicks really back to full health? Reports suggest he is, and he has played in each of the past four weeks, but Nicks did not reach 60 yards receiving in any of those contests. He certainly didn't look like his usual self in last week's loss, managing just one catch. Fantasy owners may want to rest him until his play picks back up. |
| WR | ![]() |
Domenik Hixon2 rec, 36 yards
Hixon did not catch a pass last week, but neither did the rest of the team's young receiving corps. He is still the Giants' No. 3 receiver, but carries little value for fantasy owners. |
| TE | ![]() |
Martellus Bennett3 rec, 46 yards, rec TD
After posting three touchdowns in his first three games, Bennett hasn't returned to the end zone. Perhaps the Bengals can give him a boost? Cincinnati has allowed a touchdown catch to an opposing tight end in each of its last three games. |
| K | ![]() |
Lawrence Tynes3 PATs, 2 FGs
Tynes has made four or more field goals in four games this season and leads all NFL players in scoring with 102 points. His leg has been active against both good defenses and bad, and in games in which New York's offense has been clicking or stalling. He's fool-proof. |
| DEFENSE |
INT, 3 Sacks, TD
New York is tied for third in sacks and trails only Chicago in takeaways, with 26. The Giants do give up too many points, but the unit makes up for it in impact plays. |

| QB | ![]() |
Andy Dalton264 pass yards, 2 pass TDs, INT
Yes, he throws a lot of interceptions (at least one in every contest so far this season), but so what? Dalton should reach 4,000 yards and 25-plus touchdown passes. He'll face a secondary this week ranked 26th in passing yards allowed. Sounds like a winning matchup to us. |
| RB | ![]() |
BenJarvus Green-Ellis60 rush yards, 1 rec, 6 rec yards
By now, fantasy owners know better than to count on Green-Ellis. With an average of 3.4 yards per carry, 10 catches and no 100-yard games, he's not a guy who can deliver a fantasy win. |
| WR | ![]() |
A.J. Green6 rec, 105 yards, 2 rec TDs
There is no stopping this man. Even future Hall-of-Famer Champ Bailey paid Green a compliment following the Bengals' loss to Denver last week. Now Green will feast on a Giants secondary that couldn't keep pace with Mike Wallace last week, and allowed three Cowboys receivers to gain 100 or more yards in Week 8. |
| WR | ![]() |
Andrew Hawkins2 rec, 24 yards
Life opposite A.J. Green should be rewarding for Cincinnati's No. 2 receiver. Maybe Hawkins didn't get that memo. He hasn't scored (or gained more than 50 yards receiving) in a game since Week 3. |
| TE | ![]() |
Jermaine Gresham4 rec, 43 yards
Don't let last week fool you: Gresham's 108-yard afternoon was uncharacteristic for the third-year tight end, who most weeks leaves fantasy owners nearly empty handed. |
| K | ![]() |
Mike Nugent2 PATs, FG
Nugent reached double-digit points in seven games last season; through eight games this year, he's scored 10 or more points just twice. |
| DEFENSE |
2 Sacks
The Bengals just got roasted by one Manning brother and now they have to face the other. Seems unfair. The Bengals have no answer for New York's deep receiving corps. |
