The Saints' offense can be deadly, but Hartley's chances are intermittent, which makes him a mediocre fantasy starter in Week 11.	at

19			Phil Dawson 2 PATs, FG It's been an up and down year for Cleveland's long-time kicker. In the Browns' last game, Dawson made five field goals; the game before that, he managed just one extra point. Against Dallas, expect very little.	at
20			Ryan Succop 2 PATs, FG Succop has averaged 7.3 points per game, placing him in the bottom third of fantasy kickers. That means there are close to a dozen guys on the waiver wire who are safer bets than Kansas City's kicker.	vs

27			Nick Folk PAT, FG Folk's only kicking opportunity was an extra point in Week 10 at Seattle. In his past two games, he has one field goal and one extra point, which makes him a fantasy kicker to avoid.	at
28			Justin Medlock PAT, FG Medlock missed his only field-goal attempt in Week 10, although he did make both extra points against the Broncos. In nine games this season, Medlock has attempted one or fewer field goals in eight of them.	vs
