Jake Locker

The Titans handed the ball back to Locker for Week 10 and the results were less than inspiring, as he posted a 42.9 completion percentage. It's tough to say how much of that stemmed from rust or lingering injury issues, but fantasy owners are advised to monitor this situation from afar.

Chris Johnson

There has not been a more reliable rusher over the past month. Go ahead, read that again. Johnson is no longer the guy who had fantasy owners crying in their beers in September.

Kenny Britt

Britt has caught two touchdowns and posted two 100-yard games in four career outings against the Jaguars. He is still trying to work his way back into pre-injury shape, but maybe a game against the Jags will help him get there.

Nate Washington

With an extra week to recover from a stomach bug that slowed him down, Washington should return to his full snap count against Jacksonville. Now, if only he could overcome the road trip bug he's been dealing with. Washington has caught just one touchdown in five road games this year, and has not gained more than 50 yards in any of those games.

Kendall Wright

Wright may have caught a few touchdowns in recent weeks but he has been mostly absent from Tennessee's game plan (18 targets in the past four games). With Kenny Britt back in the saddle, Wright is a bit player, and not someone for fantasy owners to bank on.

Jared Cook

Cook had a career day the last time he faced Jacksonville, with 169 yards and a touchdown. He could do well this week against a Jaguars defense that surrendered 159 yards and three touchdowns to Houston's tight ends in Week 11.

Rob Bironas

When Bironas is hot, he's hot (three games with 13 or more points); when he's not, he's ice cold (five games with five or fewer points). There's no need for fantasy owners to play this guessing game.

The Jaguars are scoring the fourth fewest points in the league (16.4) and expect to be without star Maurice Jones-Drew for at least another week. Suddenly, Tennessee's defense looks a lot better.

Chad Henne

Henne gets the nod again after dismantling the Texans' defense in relief of Blaine Gabbert. Another performance like that, and Henne just might keep the job. He faces a Tennessee secondary that ranks 26th in yards allowed and is tied for 27th in touchdown passes allowed.

Jalen Parmele

Next man up. With Maurice Jones-Drew out and Rashad Jennings struggling, Parmele rose to the challenge and gained 80 yards against a stout Texans defense. Tennessee should give Parmele the opportunity to flash everything in his bag of tricks.

Rashad Jennings

Jennings couldn't keep the starting job with Maurice Jones-Drew on the sideline. His name no longer carries weight in fantasy circles (not that it ever carried much).

Justin Blackmon

Blackmon averaged 33.7 yards on seven catches last week, the longest going for an 81-yard score at the start of the fourth quarter. It's the performance fantasy owners have been waiting for; too bad he was on the bench in most leagues. Start him in Week 12.

Cecil Shorts

Shorts is one of only two wide receivers averaging more than 20 yards per reception this season (Tampa Bay's Vincent Jackson is the other). And while other fantasy owners are going gaga over rookie Justin Blackmon right now, Shorts still possesses tremendous value.

Laurent Robinson

There have been signs of potential in recent weeks, but Robinson is clearly behind Justin Blackmon and Cecil Shorts on the depth chart. Chad Henne threw more balls to Jalen Parmele than to Robinson in Week 11. Be cautious.

Marcedes Lewis

Most would agree Lewis' two scores last week were a fluke, but there's reason to think he can keep his touchdown streak going. The Titans have been burned by a half-dozen tight ends this season.

Josh Scobee

Another excerpt from "101 reasons why Josh Scobee is not a worthy fantasy kicker" ... No. 26: He has scored 12 points in five home games this year. For the mathematically challenged, that's 2.4 points per game.

Things might be looking up for the Jacksonville offense these days, but not for the defense. Opponents have averaged 31.3 points during Jacksonville's seven-game losing streak.
