| Pos. | Player | Projection |
| QB | ![]() |
Colin Kaepernick225 pass yards, pass TD, INT, 35 rush yards
Kaepernick has 474 passing yards, three passing touchdowns and one interception in his two games as starter and should start again against St. Louis. His ability to scamper for some rushing yards and touchdowns makes him a good fantasy play in Week 13. |
| RB | ![]() |
Frank Gore70 rush yards, rush TD, 3 rec, 24 rec yards
Gore had 19 carries for 83 yards in Week 12, but he also hauled in his first receiving touchdown of the season. While the Rams don't allow a lot of rushing yards, they do give up rushing touchdowns. Gore remains a top-10 running back in fantasy. |
| RB | ![]() |
Brandon Jacobs22 rush yards, 1 rec, 6 rec yards
Jacobs should see a boost in production now that Kendall Hunter has been placed on injured reserve with an Achilles tear. But until he proved otherwise, Jacobs belongs on the free-agent pile. |
| WR | ![]() |
Mario Manningham4 rec, 45 yards
Manningham led the 49ers with five catches for 69 yards at New Orleans. Unfortunately, Manningham's production hasn't been consistent lately, with 12 catches for 154 yards in his past four games. He still has just one touchdown this season. |
| WR | ![]() |
Michael Crabtree4 rec, 40 yards
With a young player at quarterback, Crabtree's production has declined considerably. In his two games before Kaepernick took over, Crabtree had 10 catches for 142 yards and three touchdowns. But in two games after, he has just six catches for 57 yards and one touchdown. |
| TE | ![]() |
Vernon Davis4 rec, 40 yards, rec TD
Davis was shut out against the Saints in Week 12. He was targeted just once, but he failed to make the catch. Colin Kaepernick looked Davis' way often in Week 11, so expect these two to connect more in Week 13 again. |
| TE | ![]() |
Delanie Walker2 rec, 25 yards
Walker broke out for a big game in Week 12, catching three passes for 81 yards, but he left the game with a hip injury. Even if Walker is healthy in Week 13, the 49ers will likely look to get No. 1 tight end Vernon Davis more involved. |
| K | ![]() |
David Akers3 PATs, FG
Akers missed a pair of field goals against the Saints, but he also made one and kicked four extra points. He has just 10 field goals in his past seven games, but he does have 20 extra points in that span. |
| DEFENSE |
2 INTs, 3 Sacks, TD
San Francisco had five sacks and two interceptions that it returned for touchdowns against the Saints in Week 12. Sam Bradford is no Drew Brees, and the 49ers should dominate on defense once again. |
|
| Pos. | Player | Projection |
| QB | ![]() |
Sam Bradford215 pass yards, pass TD, 2 INTs
Bradford completed just eight passes in Week 12, but he was still able to throw for 205 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Strangely, that's not even his season-low for completions. He's going to have a tough time against the 49ers in Week 13, although he did throw for 275 yards and two touchdowns against them a few weeks ago. |
| RB | ![]() |
Steven Jackson75 rush yards, 2 rec, 19 rec yards
Jackson rushed for a season-high 139 yards against the Cardinals in Week 12, and he now has 321 rushing yards and one touchdown in three games since the team's bye week. The 49ers are tough against the run, allowing just three rushing touchdowns this season -- although one of those was to Jackson. |
| RB | ![]() |
Daryl Richardson24 rush yards
Richardson rushed seven times for 32 yards against Arizona in Week 12. Earlier this season, he looked like he was getting ready to overtake starter Steven Jackson, but now he's firmly entrenched as the backup. |
| WR | ![]() |
Danny Amendola7 rec, 85 yards, rec TD
A foot injury kept Amendola from competing at 100 percent against Arizona, and he finished with just one catch for 38 yards. Hopefully, he'll heal quickly for Week 13 against the Niners, against whom he caught 11 passes in Week 10. |
| WR | ![]() |
Chris Givens4 rec, 55 yards
Givens broke out with a huge game at Arizona in Week 12, catching a team-high five passes for 115 yards and a touchdown. Much of that production came because Danny Amendola (foot) was injured. Even so, Givens is a playmaker who could prove useful. |
| TE | ![]() |
Lance Kendricks2 rec, 24 yards
Kendricks caught a 37-yard touchdown as his lone catch against the Cardinals in Week 12. Despite the score, he remains a desperation option only. |
| K | ![]() |
Greg ZuerleinPAT, FG
Zuerlein has had a decent rookie season, but he has just two field goals over the past four games after a hot start. |
| DEFENSE |
INT, 2 Sacks
The Rams had four interceptions, including two that they returned for touchdowns, against Arizona in Week 12. They'll face another young quarterback in Colin Kaepernick, but they won't see the same kind of success against the Niners. |
