1			Tom Brady 340 pass yards, 3 pass TDs Brady delivered his seventh 300-yard game of the season against the Jets, and he now has 12 touchdown passes in his past four games. He hasn't thrown an interception since Week 6, and he visits Miami this weekend, where he threw for 517 yards and four touchdowns in last season's opener.	at
2			Peyton Manning 335 pass yards, 3 pass TDs, INT Manning threw for 285 yards and two touchdowns at Kansas City in Week 12, and he now has 12 touchdown passes in his past five games. The Buccaneers have the worst pass defense in the league, so expect more good things from Manning in Week 13.	vs
3			Drew Brees 305 pass yards, 3 pass TDs, INT Brees threw for 267 yards, three touchdowns and a pair of interceptions against a strong 49ers defense in Week 12. The Falcons pose a smaller threat, and Brees averaged 315 yards and three touchdowns against Atlanta last season. Expect a big day.	at
4			Cam Newton 220 pass yards, pass TD, INT, 40 rush yards, rush TD Newton passed for 306 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 52 more yards and another two touchdowns at Philadelphia in Week 12. The Chiefs have been sound defensively, but even if they limit Newton through the air, they'll have to contend with him on the ground.	at
5			Matt Ryan 340 pass yards, 2 pass TDs, INT Ryan was able to throw for 353 yards against Tampa Bay in Week 12, but he only managed one touchdown pass, and he matched that with his 13th interception of the season. In two games against the Saints in 2011, he averaged 362 passing yards but totaled just three touchdown passes in those games.	vs
6			Chad Henne 238 pass yards, 3 pass TDs, INT Henne is playing some of the best football of his career (99.6 QB Rating), nearly beating the Texans and actually beating the Titans the past two weeks. The Bills provide Henne with another favorable matchup, as they rank among the top 10 in touchdown passes allowed.	at
7			Aaron Rodgers 283 pass yards, 2 pass TDs, INT, 16 rush yards Poor protection has limited Rodgers' ability to make plays downfield –- the kinds of plays that fantasy owners have come to expect from the league's top-rated passer. A return home to face the struggling Vikings should help Rodgers and company get back on track.	vs
8			Andy Dalton 245 pass yards, 2 pass TDs Dalton threw for 210 yards and three touchdowns against the Raiders in Week 12, and he continues to be a solid fantasy starter each week. He has nine touchdown passes and no interceptions in his past three games.	at
9			Robert Griffin III 214 pass yards, pass TD, 52 rush yards Griffin III has rejoined the Rookie of the Year debate following a pair of four-touchdown days. He takes care of the football (just four interceptions) and continues to make plays with his feet (89 yards rushing in the Week 7 meeting with New York).	vs
10			Eli Manning 292 pass yards, 2 pass TDs, INT Dead arm, eh? Didn't look like it in Week 12 against Green Bay, when Manning had three touchdowns. This offense may just now be heating up. Hakeem Nicks is still making strides, and Rueben Randle has shown some growth. The Redskins' 31st-ranked pass defense could be in trouble.	at
11			Matthew Stafford 287 pass yards, 2 pass TDs, INT The Lions aren't winning, but Stafford has been one of fantasy's hottest quarterbacks in recent weeks. Over the last five games he's thrown nine touchdowns and averaged 334.6 yards. Any fantasy owner would be happy with those results.	vs
12			Matt Schaub 282 pass yards, 2 pass TDs, INT Schaub has picked Tennessee apart in the last six meetings between these clubs. In those games he has thrown 14 touchdowns (at least two in each game) and just one interception while averaging a respectable 277.1 yards.	at
13			Josh Freeman 225 pass yards, 2 pass TDs Freeman let down his fantasy owners in Week 12, throwing for 256 yards and no touchdowns against Atlanta. The Broncos are pretty good against the pass, but Freeman has 16 touchdown passes in his past seven games, which makes him a low-end fantasy starter this week.	at
14			Andrew Luck 261 pass yards, pass TD, 16 rush yards It's easy to fall in love with a rookie who is on pace to break first-year passing records and lift the Colts back up to a level of respectability. But fantasy owners must stop to see the whole picture: Luck has tossed one or zero touchdowns in five of his last seven games. He'll get you yards, just not the big points.	at
15			Colin Kaepernick 225 pass yards, pass TD, INT, 35 rush yards Kaepernick has 474 passing yards, three passing touchdowns and one interception in his two games as starter and should start again against St. Louis. His ability to scamper for some rushing yards and touchdowns makes him a good fantasy play in Week 13.	at
16			Joe Flacco 244 pass yards, pass TD While Flacco has not thrown an interception in his last four games against Pittsburgh, he also has not thrown many touchdowns (five). The Steelers do a good job of keeping the field short and limiting the big play.	vs
17			Charlie Batch 191 pass yards, 2 pass TDs, INT There's a chance, however slight, that ben Roethlisberger suits up, but that chance was declining as the week progressed. As for Batch, last week was a nightmare -- and that was against Cleveland! What can fantasy owners expect against Baltimore? Not much. The Ravens have their problems on defense, but Batch showed nothing last week to suggest he is capable of exploiting those weaknesses.	at
18			Christian Ponder 219 pass yards, pass TD, INT, 24 rush yards We love quarterbacks facing Green Bay, just not Ponder. Over the past five weeks the Vikings' second-year signal caller has averaged only 150.4 yards, and he has completed less than 60 percent of his attempts in four of those games.	at
19			Jake Locker 266 pass yards, pass TD, INT The Texans are not the same defense when Johnathan Joseph is missing, but they're still pretty good -– good enough to rattle the easy-to-frustrate Locker, anyhow. Plus, Joseph (hamstring) could return for this contest.	vs
20			Russell Wilson 192 pass yards, pass TD, INT, 26 rush yards Wilson has developed into a fine fantasy spot starter over the past month, with two or more touchdown passes in each of his last four games. He wasn't throwing against the Bears in those starts, though.	at
21			Tony Romo 254 pass yards, pass TD, INT It would be fair to label Romo a fringe starter for fantasy owners. Through 11 weeks he ranks third in passing but 14th in touchdown passes, and he leads the league in interceptions. He recorded his lowest passing total of the season in the meeting with Philadelphia three weeks ago.	vs
22			Carson Palmer 240 pass yards, pass TD, INT Palmer had his worst fantasy game of the season in Week 12 against his former team, throwing for 146 yards, one touchdown and an interception. The Browns rank 21st against the pass, so Palmer should bounce back in Week 13.	vs
23			Ryan Fitzpatrick 248 pass yards, pass TD, 2 INTs, 14 rush yards Fitzpatrick could use a confidence boost after throwing just three touchdowns in his last four starts. Don't expect the Jaguars to give him one. They gave up a late passing score to Jake Locker last week, and in the past month have kept Matthew Stafford and Andrew Luck out of the end zone.	vs
24			Philip Rivers 220 pass yards, pass TD, INT Rivers threw for 228 yards and a touchdown against the Ravens in an overtime loss in Week 12. It was only the third game this season in which he didn't throw an interception. The Bengals are pretty tough against the pass, however.	vs
25			Nick Foles 213 pass yards, pass TD, INT Foles has played so poorly in the past few weeks that the team could make a switch back to Michael Vick -– a decision many fans would welcome. It doesn't appear Vick will receive clearance for Week 13, but fantasy owners shouldn't expect to see Foles in the lineup much beyond that.	at
26			Brandon Weeden 180 pass yards, pass TD, INT, 12 rush yards While Weeden left his Week 12 game against the Steelers with a head injury, the team said it was merely precautionary and he should play at Oakland. Weeden passed for 158 yards and a touchdown with one interception before getting hurt last week. He's not someone to consider using in fantasy just yet.	at
27			Jay Cutler 208 pass yards, pass TD, INT Cutler looked shaky at times in his return last week and now must face one of the league's best pass defenses. He may no longer be dealing with concussion symptoms, but Seattle will surely give him a headache.	vs
28			Sam Bradford 215 pass yards, pass TD, 2 INTs Bradford completed just eight passes in Week 12, but he was still able to throw for 205 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Strangely, that's not even his season-low for completions. He's going to have a tough time against the 49ers in Week 13, although he did throw for 275 yards and two touchdowns against them a few weeks ago.	vs
29			Mark Sanchez 210 pass yards, pass TD, 2 INTs Sanchez threw for 301 yards, one touchdown and one interception against the Patriots in Week 12. It's the third time this season that Sanchez threw for 300 yards. Arizona has a strong pass defense, which means Sanchez is still a risk for fantasy owners.	vs
30			Ryan Tannehill 205 pass yards, pass TD, 2 INTs Tannehill passed for 253 yards and led a game-winning drive against the Seahawks in Week 12. He also broke Dan Marino's team record for passing yards by a rookie quarterback in one season. The Patriots have been strong defensively in recent weeks, however.	vs
31			Ryan Lindley 220 pass yards, pass TD, 3 INTs While Lindley threw for more than 300 yards against the Rams, he still threw four interceptions and no touchdowns. The Jets are tough against the pass, making Lindley, or whoever starts for Arizona, a quarterback to avoid.	at
32			Brady Quinn 186 pass yards, 2 INTs Quinn couldn't do much against the Broncos in Week 12, throwing for 126 yards and one interception. Even so, the Chiefs lost by just one score to a much better team. Quinn should be back for Week 13, making the Panthers' defense one to target on the waiver wire.	vs
