Stafford torched the Vikings for 354 yards and 8.3 YPA. The Cardinals have a much better defense overall, especially in the secondary, but I still expect Stafford to put up numbers.
As I said all summer, Bush and the Lions are a match made in heaven. It all started last week with 191 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown. He'll easily have the best year of his career.
As the goal-line back, Bell will cash in on the hard work done by Reggie Bush and the rest of the Lions' offense, just like he did twice last week. It doesn't make him a fantasy starter, but he's worth rostering if you can.
It's not often that the Lions score 34 points and Johnson has just four catches for 30 yards. Something tells me he'll make up for that this week.
Broyles remains a nice lottery ticket, but we'll have to wait and see when he can make his return. Reports coming out of Detroit suggest it could be this week. If he's out, look for Nate Burleson to pick up these numbers.
Pettigrew seems lke he should be more of a fantasy weapon playing in this offense, but he just doesn't get the necessary targets.
The reliable Akers made both of his field goal attempts last week. Kicking as part of a potent offense on a team that plays its home games indoors, Akers could have a huge season.
The speedy, powerful Detroit defensive line will be able to take advantage of the Cardinals and the set-in-concrete Carson Palmer.
Palmer had a nice day in his Cardinals debut, completing 26-of-40 passes for 327 yards, 8.2 YPA, two touchdowns and one interception. More importantly, he ensured that Larry Fitzgerald won't have to spend 90 percent of the season angrily glaring at his quarterback.
The bad news: Mendenhall ran for just 60 yards against the Rams. The good news: He got 16 carries and will continue to be the primary ball carrier.
So that's what life is like with a real quarterback, huh. Fitz had eight catches for 80 yards and two touchdowns. He's back.
Floyd had one spectacular catch and finished the day with four grabs for 82 yards. He'll be a semi-regular starter before it's all said and done this year.
Roberts got in on the action agains the Rams, hauling in eight passes for 97 yards. He's worth grabbing if he's out there in your league.
Feely made a field goal from 30 yards and missed another from 50, continuing his spotty kicking from distance.
It was a disappointing day for a defense many considered a nice sleeper entering the season. Now it faces a Lions team that looks like it's rolling.
How can Kansas overcome the injury to Joel Embiid?
